We rent fully furnished homes in western North Carolina and upstate South Carolina to families whose houses were damaged by Hurricane Helene. Most of the families we house are in the Renew NC or SCOR rebuild programs, and their builder pays us directly.

Look up homes near you
Type your address. We show the homes we have within 20 miles, closest first.
Pick up to three
Add the homes you would live in to your list and put them in order. Your first choice goes on top.
Tell us about your rebuild
If you have had your Pre-Construction meeting, tell us the date. We work to get you into a home within 30 days of it, so the sooner we hear from you, the better.
We call you
Someone from our team calls or texts you within one business day to talk through move-in.
Who we are
Helene Housing is a small team based in the Carolinas. We lease homes from local owners, furnish them, and keep them ready for families who need somewhere to stay while their own home is repaired or rebuilt.
