About us
Helene Housing is a small team based in the Carolinas. We lease homes from local owners and furnish them. We keep them ready for families who need a place to stay while their own home is repaired or rebuilt.
What we do
We lease houses from local owners, furnish them, and rent them to families who need a place to live while their home is repaired or rebuilt. Most stays last a few months. We can extend a stay when a rebuild runs long.
Who pays
If you are in the Renew NC or SCOR program, the builder assigned to your rebuild usually pays us directly. We also work with insurance companies, relocation companies, and nonprofits. Not sure who will pay? Contact us and we will help you sort it out.
