What we collect

• Your name, phone, and email.
• Who will live in the home, and any pets.
• When you want to move in.
• The date of your Pre-Construction meeting, and your builder.
• Anything you write to us in a form or an email.
• The area you search in. We round the spot to about a tenth of a mile and do not keep the full address.

We never ask for your Social Security number or immigration status. We never ask about race, religion, or health.

Why we use it

We use it to contact you about homes and to set up your stay with your builder or other payer. We also use it to keep our records and to learn which areas need more homes.

Who sees it

Our staff, and the builder or program paying for your stay when we arrange it. We use a few service companies to run this website and send email (Vercel, Supabase, Resend, Mapbox, and Geocodio). We do not sell your information.
