Fair housing

We follow the federal Fair Housing Act and the fair housing laws of North Carolina and South Carolina. We treat every family who contacts us by the same rules.

Assistance animals

Service animals and assistance animals are not pets. We do not charge pet fees or pet deposits for them. If you need one, tell us and we will make it work.

Changes to a home

If you need a change to a home or to how we do things because of a disability, ask us. We will talk with you about what you need.
