The monthly rental is $2700. If rented for the duration of the availability (December-May) for 6 months the monthly cost is reduced to $2500. Welcome to Tipton Hill! This isn't a house that was purchased and furnished simply to be a rental, it has been our home for the past four years. We've put a great deal of love, work, and thought into making it comfortable, functional, and welcoming, and we hope you'll feel just as at home here as we have. From a well-stocked kitchen to cozy outdoor spaces, gardens, and plenty of thoughtful extras, our goal is for you to have everything you need to settle in and enjoy your stay. The home sits on approximately half an acre and features a spacious primary bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, including a shower/tub combination, double sinks, and a large closet with plenty of storage. A second full bathroom is located off the hallway. A third bedroom is reserved for our personal storage and will remain locked during the rental period. The dedicated office is set up for comfortable remote work with a standing desk and office chair. It also includes a couch that converts into a full-size bed for guests. A Peloton is available for your use, along with small weights, a foam roller, and yoga block. You'll also find a selection of books to enjoy and a spacious closet. The kitchen, dining area, and living room are open and connected, with high vaulted ceilings. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances include a Japanese rice cooker, waffle and arepa maker, air fryer, blender, coffee maker, electric kettle, and Ninja CREAMi. Cooking utensils, kitchen tools, dishes, and food-storage containers are also provided. The dining area features a cozy built-in dining nook with hidden storage and a custom dining table. The living room has a large, comfortable reclining sectional, air purifier, record player, Nintendo Switch, and a wall-mounted built-in cat tree. A Roomba is also provided for convenient everyday cleaning. Cat lovers are especially welcome here! The house was designed with our own cats in mind, so if youre bringing yours, we can leave out a Litter-Robot, cat water fountain, toys, and other cat-friendly amenities for you. We unfortunately do not accept dogs. There are plenty of spaces to enjoy outside as well. The covered front porch includes a flat-top griddle, while the covered back porch has a comfortable seating area and charcoal grill. The kitchen opens directly onto the back porch, making it a great extension of the indoor living space. The property also includes garden beds that tenants are welcome to use for planting vegetables, as well as several young fruit trees. If you enjoy gardening, youre welcome to make the space your own during your stay. There is parking for up to four vehicles, as well as additional storage space available in the crawl space. The home is on well water, which is clean, fresh, and delicious. Utilities are included with a $150 monthly cap for electricity. If tenant goes over this amount, the difference will be included to the following months rent. Between the fully equipped kitchen, work-from-home setup, pet amenities, outdoor spaces, gardens, entertainment, and practical conveniences, we've tried to create a home that is comfortable and peaceful.
